Hey, I'm Niamh
I'm an IBCLC, antenatal educator, and business coach for birthworkers — and I still run my own practice alongside this work.
I cancelled more classes than I ran in my first couple of years. I undercharged. I said yes to everything. I followed business advice that didn't fit and wondered more than once if I was cut out for this.
Eventually I figured out what actually worked. And Your Birth Biz is what I built to share it — because the conversation I needed didn't exist, and too many brilliant birthworkers are leaving a profession they love because the business side ground them down first.

I'm just starting out — is it too early?
It's actually the best time. You haven't built habits yet that will take months to shift. Getting your foundations right now saves a lot of time doing things the hard way first.
I've been doing this for years — will there be anything new for me?
Yes. Being excellent at the clinical work and running a sustainable business are two different skill sets. Most experienced birthworkers are still working with what they learned (or figured out the hard way) in year one. This masterclass will challenge that.
